Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of you placing an order. Orders placed before 2pm will normally be shipped the same day  (please note this applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday)

Orders placed Before 1pm Friday with Saturday delivery selected will be sent same day for Saturday delivery items selected with next day delivery will be sent same day and delivered next working day (Monday)

If you require a Saturday delivery after the 1pm Friday dead line has passed please call us on 0191 4476882

If you would like your items delivered on a Saturday Please select Saturday delivery and you can do this any time Saturday to Friday before 2pm and your costume will be dispatched on a Friday for Saturday delivery

Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of you placing an order for standard delivery. If you select Next working day delivery any Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the day you place an order (please note this applies to orders placed Monday to Friday, Please note Std next day delivery is not a guaranteed service but 96% get there next day

Guaranteed next day delivery

Should get to you next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday we do not dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday
In the unlightly event that delivery is not attempted we will give you a refund for the difference between standard delivery and Guaranteed next day deliveryShipping

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, We will then advise you on what needs to be done. When we authorise the return you should return the item or items to us together with a note and your invoice, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We have a very strict dispatch system where items are photographed and catalogued as they are received by us from the warehouse. We reserved the right to produce this evidence in the event of any dispute as to the cause of the fault. We accept no liability for faulty items once the item has been worn by you.

Conditions of return

The costume has not been worn (apart from to try it on to see it if fits)
Does not smell of smoke or perfume,
It is in its original packaging which is not damaged,
Any belts, tights or accessories have not been taken out of there packs if sealed  or tried on
Figures must not have been opened and played with and must be in there original condition
All costumes must be posted back, we do not accept hand delivered returns

All Other Items

We are able to accept the return of all other items subject to them being in their original condition with all tags/tickets intact on costumes. If you return goods as detailed, within 7 days, we issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or items less postage and packing which is not refundable. Please email us at sales@completelybonkers.co.uk

 before returning any item to us so your refund is issued correctly.


How to Return Items

Please email us at sales@completelybonkers.co.uk before returning any item to us. Securely package and send to the address below, enclosing a note of why you are returning the item. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box (if any), with all warranty, licenses, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below: www.completelybonkers.co.uk -:27 The boulevard, The Village, Metrocentre, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items so that you have proof of postage in case the package gets lost in transit.
